PNE Winter Fair – Vancouver
Go visit the PNE Winter Fair before it’s too late! This fair is only open for ten nights; from Decemeber 14-23, 2022. The PNE promises to bring the holiday spirit with many outdoor AND indoor experiences. There will live live shows, an ice rink and of course a spectacular light display. We are sure there is an activity for everyone in your party.

Vallea Lumina – Whistler
Okay, this one is a bit far, but with the shuttle, Whistler is reachable. Vallea Lumina is open until April 10, 2023, so you still have plenty of time to plan. It is a very enchanting experience. You will spend your evening trekking the snowy trail under the stars while following “cryptic radio transmissions” from two hikers who have traveled before.

VanDusan Festival of Lights – Vancouver
If you don’t feel like traveling far this winter may we suggest the VanDusan Festival of Lights? This family-friendly light spectacle is only running until January 2, 2023. There will be more than one million lights decorating the already magical VanDusen Botanical Garden. Yes, this place is definitely IG-worthy.

Capilano Canyon Lights – North Vancouver
Experience the Capilano Suspension Bridge like never before this holiday season.Various light displays will illuminate the bridge, trees and the river below. Like what they say, it’s really “Lights with Heights”. Capilano Canyon Lights is running until January 23, 2022 so get your tickets soon.

Bright Nights in Stanley Park – Vancouver
Another family-friendly activity you can experience is the annual Bright Nights in Stanley Park. This year is a bit more special because it is the 25th anniversary of the event. There will be multiple food vendors and Christmas-themed displays that will surely spark a magical evening. This is probably the most affordable of the attractions because admission is by donation. Bright Nights is only running until the new year.
